GMSTS Operations Committee advises the Board of Directors on
field strategies for the successful day-to-day implementation
of the National Slow the Spread of the Gypsy Moth Project. The
committee is made up of representation from all cooperating
states, agencies, and universities. |

|
| The
GMSTS Technical Committee advises the Board of Directors on
scientific issues regarding both day-to-day strategies and the
long-term "soundness" of the National Slow the Spread
of the Gypsy Moth Project trapping and treatment programs. |

| The
GMSTS Regulatory Committee advises the Board of Directors on
strategies for implementing the regulation, inspection, and
